Strategies:
This monster can only be killed after you get to a certain part of the Freeing Skrach Uglogwee part of the Recipe for Disaster quest. Ogre bows or Ogre composite bows must be used to kill these birds. Please remember that Ogre bows use Ogre arrows and Ogre composite bows use Brutal arrows. Every time you kill one Jubbly bird, you scratch a notch on your bow.
