This necklace is made by enchanting a Hydrix necklace with enchant level 6 jewellery spell (87 Magic required). The Enchant onyx tablet can also be used to enchant it.
This necklace has the special effect that causes all critical hits to give a 0.1% accuracy bonus buff in all styles, capping at three stacked buffs for 55 seconds; however taking the necklace off or switching it for another item will cause the effect to wear off.
This necklace will degrade to a broken state after 100,000 hits in combat. Players can recharge the necklace by 50% when an Onyx (cut) is used on it, or by 100% when 2 Onyx (cut) are used on it.
