Here, you will find Grum's Gold Exchange. This area is accessed in the Merlin's Crystal quest when you convince the Lady of the Lake that you are worthy of owning Excalibur by feeding a Beggar a loaf of bread.

In this house, you will find a cooking range, which is useful for cooking various items.

Rat Pits Minigame:
Here, you will find the entrance to the Rat Pits. This area is also accessed during and after the Ratcatchers quest.

Fishing Store:
Here, you will find Gerrant's fishing store. Gerrant is accessed during the Heroes' Quest when you demand information about catching lava eels.

Food Store:
Here, you will find Wydin's food store. Wydin is accessed in the Pirate's Treasure quest when you need to access his back room in order to obtain your smuggled Karamjan rum.

The Jail:

South of Port Sarim is Mudskipper Point. Here you'll find a Fairy Ring (Code: A I Q) and several ominous fishing spots. These spawn Mogres if you throw a Fishing explosive into them.
